My workstation for tonight…
One of the days at work when I’m not actually working.
I made a personal card for him.
Stolen time to sketch during office hours. (just less than 5mins ok??). I don’t think I’m abiding by the Christmas Party theme.
A year ago… When I still used to have time to be on leave just to be with a cup of hot chocolate, my set of pens, planner-diary and myself.

Yay I blogged again! This is the kind of blog that sends some signal :) A really positive post I guess,
Hours today passed by lame. Slept as soon as I got home at 6AM. Got out of bed at around 6PM. Had family dinner out ‘cos we’re complete today. Got bored after dinner and so I took out my sketchpad and lazily sketched and rendered. I feel the need to attend workshops.
//Sketching. You actually have control. Stroke that pencil, align your fingers, move your hand. Freely you can do it. You will come to a point that you need to render, add color, change shade, mix and match and so on. It’s all up to you. But sometimes, it doesn’t turn out right. It can disappoint you. It might even get in your nerves. Sometimes you think it’s better to just quit. Sometimes you regret that you even colored it. And at times you think of just tearing the page out and starting out from a clean slate. Or you can move on. You try to fix the color. You can blend, lighten, darken. You can add elements. Until you think it’s getting good, looking better. Whatever you choose just as long you get hold of the finish product. A pleasing sketch in front of your eyes. You can just smile on it and think of how you got through — no matter how long it took. Just like decisions. Just like life.
…still is…
Sometimes you just need a hardcopy of what you’re feeling…
